Registering with Bananas online
When you register online with Bananas you will be asked for your personal details and your chosen mailing preferences. Please read and accept the terms and conditions of using the Bananas website before completing your registration.
Tips on choosing and protecting your password:
It is a good idea to choose a password which is easy for you to remember, but is not too personal to you or easy to guess. A good way of doing this is to choose a word and then replace one or more of the letters with numbers e.g. password becomes pa55w0rd. If you think that someone might know your password, change it as soon as possible – find out how to change your password.

Why has my account been disabled?
If you have received an error whilst attempting to log in informing you that your account has been disabled, this may be because:
- An incorrect password has been entered too many times when trying to log in.
- Your account may have been manually disabled by a member of our team due to a previous payment discrepancy or suspected third-party re-sale activity on the account.
- It is possible that you previously had more than one active account, which we have merged into one account, leaving the others disabled.

Forgotten your log in details?
Password
If you have an online account, but cannot remember your password, please use our forgotten password service. A randomly generated temporary password will be sent to the email address registered to this account. You will then be prompted to choose a new password when you log in.
Registered Email
If you have forgotten the email address you use to log in to your Bananas account, you can log in with your ten-digit customer number instead. If you don't know your customer number, please contact Customer Services, who will be able to provide you with your email address or customer number.
Managing your account
You can manage your Bananas account online. Simply log in and click on the ‘Account’ tab, found at the top of every page.
Account Details
Email address
You can change your email address in this area. Enter your new details in the boxes provided and hit the ‘submit’ button.
Password
You can change your password in this area. Enter your new details in the boxes provided and hit the ‘submit’ button.
Name
The name held against your account is the name assigned to your billing address. If your name is wrong, or has changed for any reason, please edit your billing address in your address book to reflect this.
Address Book
Billing address
You can only have one billing address on your account. This address is held in the address book and can be edited using the link to the right of the address. If you do not have alternative delivery addresses set up, this will automatically be used as your default delivery address.
Changing address between the UK and Ireland?
Delivery address
You can have multiple delivery addresses saved against your account. Delivery addresses can added, edited and removed in this area using the links to the right of each address. You can only create delivery addresses in the same country as your registered billing address.
Setting an a default delivery address
To set an address as your default delivery address, edit the address using the link and check the 'set as default address' box at the bottom of the form and then 'submit' to save the changes.
Your Mailings
Email Bulletins
Subscribe to our email bulletins by checking the ‘receive bulletins ’ box. This will sign you up for our standard bulletins, but you can also use the buttons below to tailor bulletins to your interests.
You can uncheck the boxes to unsubscribe at any time.
Our catalogue
Check the ‘receive catalogues’ box to receive our monthly printed catalogue.
You can uncheck this box to unsubscribe from catalogues at any time. As mailings data is compiled up to 30 days in advance, you may receive one more catalogue before this takes effect.
Your Orders
Past orders
Every order you have placed with Bananas will be listed on this page. By default the most recent order will be displayed in full and others can be expanded if required. You can see all your orders here, including any placed by post or on the telephone.
Tracking your orders
The status of any order currently in progress can be tracked by clicking the ‘track this order’ link. Please see our Order Tracking section for a detailed explanation of how to use the order tracking facility.
Overdue orders
If your order is overdue and the order tracking doesn't state that the order has been despatched, please contact Customer Services who will be happy to help trace your order for you.
UK and Irish Accounts
My account is registered with a UK billing address, but I would like to have an order delivered to Ireland (or vice versa).
You can only create delivery addresses in the same country as your registered billing address. If you are moving and would like to change your billing address to a different country, please see below.
I have moved from the UK to Ireland (or vice versa), but am unable to edit my address details.
You can only create delivery addresses in the same country as your registered billing address. If you have moved country, you will need to create a new online account. Once registered, please contact Customer Services, who will be happy to transfer any benefits you are entitled to over to your new account.
